Apparently the wife of the deceased teacher wants to drop charges because the whole thing became a terrible tragic accident. Best as I can tell these kids from his classroom late at night went to TP his house which is just a harmless prank and the nice teacher came out just to prank them back or say he caught them- not that he was angry at them necessarily.
But then he slipped and fell into the street right in front of the car of one of the kids who was driving away- who accidentally ran over him -apparently it was accident. But now the kid is being charged and the wife of the teacher is saying just let him go. Let them all go.
