Mr. President, with the 90% reduction of Iran’s naval assets and the degradation of their air defenses, the military phase has achieved its kinetic goals. However, the refusal to surrender and the continued closure of the Strait of Hormuz present a strategic pivot point.
To secure a definitive victory before the midterms, I advise a two-pronged "Leverage and Languish" strategy:
First, *tighten the naval blockade* initiated on April 13. By interdicting all Iranian port traffic, we transition from military strikes to total economic asphyxiation.
This forces the regime to choose between domestic collapse and your
15-point peace plan. Frame this not as "endless war," but as the ultimate "maximum pressure" enforcement.
Second, *leverage the leadership vacuum*. With the March strikes removing key figures like Khamenei, the current regime is fractured.
We should bypass the "maximalist" rhetoric and offer a "Great Deal" directly to the Iranian people and lower-level officials—sanctions relief and infrastructure rebuilding in exchange for the permanent end of the nuclear program and the reopening of Hormuz.
If they still hold out by May, authorize limited strikes on *energy and power infrastructure* to demonstrate that "destroyed" means non-functional, not just un-manned.
Mr President , You have the leverage; make them pay for every day the Strait remains closed.
And last of all but certainly not least of all, we need to Ramp Up The Prayer Power 🙏✝️🕊️👍 and ask God to create the solution we need miraculously,
and with the help of USA military if necessary.
