And of course I know that Torrance neighborhood, or I know the area, at least, from passing through most of the time on the way to Redondo Beach or Palos Verdes.
In the interview they show on this link he seems like a nice young man who invented or participated in some sort of wheelchair invention that helps lock it down to the ground, not just locking the wheels, making it more stable and safer.
Apparently he was a tutor for a company that help young people prepare for college entrance tests and things like that not so much a school teacher.
