Casualties
The strike killed at least 50 to 62 civilians, including women, children, vendors, and transport workers, and injured 58 others.

UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker TΓΌrk condemned the attack as a potential violation of international humanitarian law and criticized a planned deportation of 5,000 Myanmar nationals from Malaysia.
